Flashlight that don't need Battery and Bulb!

I received a sample Flashlight, the first thing on my mind was flashlight that needs no batteries or bulbs ever? In todays gadget it is going to possible!

The Forever Flashlight uses the Faraday Principle of Electromagnetic Energy to eliminate the need for replacement bulbs and batteries. Kind of reminds me of those glow sticks the kids carry around during Halloween.

It is really simple to use, just shake the flashlight for 15 or 20 seconds and it lights up. The flashlight puts off a blue like color light, which stayed on for 6 min.

It is good to pickup a flashlight without worrying if the batteries are dead or the bulb is burnt out.

Apple Q3 earnnings: 270,000 iPhones sold in first 30 hours

As part of its third quarter earnings report, Apple announced how many iPhones were sold just as Apple's third quarter came to a close. As expected, the number of activated iPhones is not quite the same as sold iPhones. Some 270,000 iPhones were sold in the last 30 hours of the quarter. While even these numbers may disappoint some analysts, Steve Jobs indicated that Apple expects to sell one million iPhones this quarter (ending in September).

Apple also confirmed that the European iPhone will launch later this year. Asia will see it in 2008.

As for its other products, Apple sold 1,764,000 Macintosh computers (a 33 percent increase over the same quarter a year ago), 9,815,000 iPods (a 21 percent increase) to record revenue of US$5.41 billion and net quarterly profit of US$818 million.

Logitech G7 laser Cordless

The G7 is an all-business gaming mouse designed to do one thing, and one thing only – provide unparalleled cordless accuracy without any additional buttons to get in the way.

The G7 has just the basics: a back button for web navigation, buttons that allow you to switch the mouse’s sensitivity between 400, 800 and 2000dpi, a scroll-wheel and a battery level indicator. That’s it; no search button, back button, zooming feature, or any other doodads.

It comes with two Li-ion batteries that are about the size of a compact flash card; one plugs into the mouse while the other sits in the USB charging station.

The G7 Laser has a slick “faux carbon” aesthetic, and a right-hand only design that is similar to that employed by the company’s other gaming mice, including the Mx518 and the G5.

All in all this is a no-frills mouse with a straightforward mission; to be incredibly accurate and great for gaming.

Ipod With a speaker

(view image)

For those of us who like to sing in the shower a water-resistant speaker system is a must. This wireless water-resistant iPod dock and speaker system is perfect for the bathroom, or indoor swimming pool.

The iPod sits docked in a dry area while the speaker system is in or near your shower. The whole system works wirelessly and brings you your tunes through a water-resistant speaker. Both the dock and the speakers require AC power so perhaps placing the speakers next to the shower is best.

The system is compatible with all iPod nanos, 30GB and 60GB iPod video, and the 20GB iPod photo. Of course, the dock also recharges iPods while it's playing.

The entire speaker system costs $199.95 and will be available from Hammacher Schlemmer after March 9.
